01/22/2003: Buffy/Angel universe
This season I've been wondering if the Buffy/Angel universes are still connected like they used to be. In earlier seasons there were those crossover episodes, and it really seemed as if the timelines in both series were concurrent, even if the casts were separate. But this season I've been wondering.
Spoilers for Angel 4x09 Long Day's Journey...
I mean, is the sun going to vanish in Buffy too, like in Angel? After all Sunnydale isn't that far from them. Has come word to Sunnydale that in L.A. the world has been hovering on the apocalyptic brink in a more impressive and flashy fashion than usual (rain of fire and such) for at least a few days now? And in Sunnydale they're just too occupied with the First Evil to even mention it worriedly? Are the First Evil and the Demon maybe even linked?
Anyway if the sun really stays away for a while in Angel, but is still there in Buffy I'm going to be fairly annoyed.
